No fix, no fee on software issues: If we cannot resolve your issue, you will not be charged for that specific fix. If the issue is hardware based then the usual fee will still be billed.

Any charges will be clearly communicated before work begins.

If the troubleshooting session is cut short by the customer with a possible fix in sight then the customer is still liable to pay the usual fee.
7. Third-Party Services
In some cases, we may recommend or help you set up third-party tools (e.g., email hosting, antivirus software). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
