  • Payment Information: Limited to invoices, payments, and related billing records. (We do not store card details if payments are processed via a third-party gateway.)

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting services.

  • Set up and train you on cloud/email systems an personnel.

  • Manage and monitor backups and antivirus protection.

  • Communicate with you about service updates, invoices, or support sessions.

  • All customer data is treated as confidential.

  • Remote support is only initiated with your explicit consent.

  • We never access, copy, or store personal files unless required to complete the service (and only with your approval).

  • Backup and antivirus management is configured to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

 
4. Data Retention
  • Service records (support tickets, logs, invoices) are retained for administrative and legal purposes.

  • Any temporary access to your system (e.g., remote session data) is closed immediately after service.

  • Personal files or sensitive data accessed during troubleshooting are not stored by us.

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the information we hold about you.

  • Correct or update your personal details.

  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal and billing obligations).

  • Withdraw consent for remote access at any time.
     

6. Pricing & Service Transparency
  • Services are billed per hour, with additional time billed in 30-minute increments.

  • No fix, no fee on software issues: If we cannot resolve your issue, you will not be charged for that specific fix. If the issue is hardware based then the usual fee will still be billed.

  • Any charges will be clearly communicated before work begins.

  • If the troubleshooting session is cut short by the customer with a possible fix in sight then the customer is still liable to pay the usual fee.

 
7. Third-Party Services

In some cases, we may recommend or help you set up third-party tools (e.g., email hosting, antivirus software). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
